At Right Choice Contractors, we recently completed a multifaceted exterior project for drainage and functionality at an assisted living facility in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. 

The project consisted of excavation, site work, concrete footer work, and construction of large interlocking block retaining walls laterally stabilized with geosynthetic mesh.

The walls featured an upper and lower french drain system for water egress and proper drainage.

Additionally, extensive repairs to an existing masonry, steel and concrete garage were undertaken including complete rebuilding of existing masonry walls, replacement of deteriorated interior structural steel supports, replacement of deteriorated concrete steps, and replacement of ten existing overhead garage doors and 6″ gutters.
