Right Choice Contracting undertook a complete interior demolition & rehabilitation of an investment property for a client.

The property needed updating in preparation to be sold, and therefore the project was largely cosmetic in nature. This included demolition, drywall installation and repairs, testing and replacement as needed of HVAC and mechanicals, a complete gut and remodel of bathrooms with new vanity, toilet, tub surround and shower, tile, light fixtures, and flooring. Additionally carpet in the home was removed and replaced with new, and the existing laminate floor covering was removed and replaced with interlocking LVP and sound reducing underlayment. The home received a complete interior paint including refurbishing of the kitchen cabinets and replacement of all light fixtures with LEDs.
